You may need to play around with it a bit to make it exactly 60-wdith but 60-width is your friend. Then fill the rest of the division up to 60-wdith with Armored Infantry. A good template is fill the five support companies with Logistics, Medics, Armored Recon, and artillery of some kind. It has good Organization, which is necessary for prolonged battles, good hard/soft attack and generally great speed. Simplicity of the division: I have generally found that Armored Infantry is the most effective in large divisions. This post is a synthesis of my own preference for simplified production lines, simplicity of the division, and why some will swear by some templates and others will swear by others.
